The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year and now have a head count of over 50 members of staff. A new vacancy has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing, very modern office based in Hampstead, North London.

The firm is dynamic, innovative, and quick to adapt to changing market trends. The team has a friendly, supportive, and progressive culture which has allowed them to have a staff retention rate of 95% in recent years.

The Company Commercial department has two lawyers. They are seeking a Senior Company Commercial Lawyer to come in and lead the department. The firm has a tap of work they can turn on but currently, do not have the capacity with the current team to market the department to their client base. You will work with SME to national companies; work will include; Company sales and purchases, M&A, Shareholder agreements, Commercial contracts, Joint ventures, Limited liability agreements and some IP matters.

This role could be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking for career progression and Partnership who may have hit a glass ceiling at their current firm.
You will be a:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should be able to run your own general Company Commercial caseload with minimal supervision
• Be a commercially minded lawyer, able to spot opportunities to build business. Experience of business development will be to advantage.
• Have first-class client care skill
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
