RTA Fast Track Litigator (In-house) - Interim

Leeds City Centre, Interim RTA Fast Track Litigator, Previous experience of running own caseload essential


This household name organisation is seeking an experienced claims handler, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team in central Leeds on an interim basis. Previous experience of RTA claims handling either in the small track or fast track is essential.

You will be reporting to the Team Leader and responsible for dealing with files that need to be litigated to progress the claim. You will have up to date knowledge of the personal injury Pre-action Protocols, Practice Directions, JC Guidelines and the Civil Procedure Rules. You will have experience using a Case Management System with a proven track record of meeting targets.

You will be a good communicator with excellent attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal if you have experience in running your own caseload, are able to work under pressure and are a strong team member.

Experience of UK Law is essential.
