Personal Injury Legal Secretary
A prestigious, Legal 200 firm in Ipswich is looking for an accomplished Legal Secretary, to join their established claimant Personal Injury team.
You will already have at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary within a Personal Injury team, and will be confident in undertaking the following duties:
Hours: 9am-5.30pm

You will already have at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary within a Personal Injury team, and will be confident in undertaking the following duties:
- Liaising with clients in person and on the phone
- Booking meetings and diary management
- Use of digital transcription system and Bighand,
- Amending and reformatting documents in Microsoft Word and using Track Change
- Photocopying and scanning documents
Hours: 9am-5.30pm
