Our client, an exciting fintech start-up, is looking to recruit a commercial technology lawyer to join them for two months.
You will be dealing with a range of commercial matters and drafting documents relating to data protection, software contracts, providing regulatory advice, and advising the company on their legal strategy.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE from either an in-house environment or private practice. Applicants must have experience in dealing with commercial technology contracts.
