They are currently looking to meet someone who has in patents, either in a paralegal or admin / PA capacity, and who would enjoy working with a small team of attorneys in a hybrid role, where as well as managing diaries, making sure fee earners are prepared for meetings, and liaising and corresponding with clients on their behalf, will also be handling a mix of paralegal duties. These include preparing documents for online filing, updating files, checking diary lists, and talking to clients with queries and enquiries.
This is a good move for someone who enjoys organising and prioritising their own workload, and relishes a client facing role, building strong relationships with clients and other contacts that they work with.
