An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Family Solicitor to join an established Legal 500 listed Firm with offices in Lincolnshire.
As a Family Solicitor, you will be taking on an established privately funded caseload consisting purely of family matters such as divorce and ancillary relief. You will take a personable approach to your work and be client focused with a commercial bias. Due to the nature of the clients you will be working with, it would be helpful if you have an interest or background in trusts or agriculture, however this is by no means essential.
You will have some advocacy skills and be a Family Solicitor with experience of dealing with privately funded work. There may be a few existing publicly funded matters to deal with, but this will decline over time.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years PQE, however Family Solicitors with more or less PQE will also be considered.
