This role will mainly be project based and the successful candidate will be working on a assortment of strategic, analytical and financial projects at any one time working along side the executive committee.
Examples of areas the chosen candidate will be working in are outlined below:

•Working alongside the Partners to assist with managing the operational and financial effectiveness of the office.
•Opening new offices.
•Assisting with the implementation of the Firm's strategic and financial goals.
•Review and restructuring of internal operations teams.
•Communicating with the Operations and Secretarial teams to project-manage key processes and initiatives including assisting on PR activity and marketing and working with the finance team on the firm's billing

•Extremely strong written and presentation and communication skills.
•Strong numeric skills.
•You must be a team player and be able to adapt to any given situation as well as working autonomously.
•Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion as appropriate.
•You must be tenacious, entrepreneurial, commercially astute and have a ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
•At least three years previous experience within a professional services environment/partnership.
•Previous experience within a law firm is not essential but would be a desirable quality
