SUMMARY: Come and join one of the world's best known US multinational IT companies as Assistant General Counsel.

ROLE: Reporting to the Legal Director for Global Sales & Service Law, you will be responsible for business governance and fiduciary oversight of the MENA Region. The role will cover managing legal risk, and ensurring SAP/DMP concurrence. This role comes with a high level of autonomy and you will have high influence within Legal, Finance and Sales units.

CANDIDATE: You will have a proven track record of business accumen and commercial innovation, and will be fluent in written and spoken business English (Arabic language skills are a plus). You will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years in a legal role in IT, and will have direct client/customer negotiation experience (with understanding of EU laws a plus).
