ROLE: As part of a team of 4 lawyers you will look after and assist a team of investment bankers on various projects and portfolios whilst sharing the knowledge and experience of the rest of the legal team. The role has a large business element to it as well as legal and this is reflected by the fact that you are viewed as part of the company rather than just part of a legal team.
CANDIDATE: You will be practicising with one of the leading firms in the world handling general corporate and private equity matters. You must be US or commonwealth qualified and have superb academics.
