COMMERCIAL & TECHNOLOGY SOLICITOR - THAMES VALLEY

The C&T Group of this full-service law firm currently handles work on behalf of an impressive and varied portfolio of clients that range from entrepreneurs setting up a new business to established global companies.

Advice is given to clients on a range of matters including: drafting & negotiating bespoke commercial agreements; IP, protection and exploitation - particularly trademarks and design rights; Technology transfer; EU competition law; e-commerce & web design, development & security contracts; Consumer & business finance and Data protection & privacy issues.

The Group are now looking for a Solicitor to join them, working on a range of matters you will have previous experience in providing solutions to clients, gained either in-house or with another law firm, with either an in-depth specialism in at least one of the areas above or a broad range of experience.

UK qualification is essential for this role.
