With a well established European network, this first class US practice is one of the key players in the corporate market across Europe. The team is London has 6 partners and 12 assistants and is large enough to win large, complex transactions yet small enough for fee earners to feel part of a team. The team is regularly involved in a broad mix of IPO and M&A work and has a particular specialism in advising companies in the emerging markets raise capital in the UK. Due to the steady flow of work there is a need to recruit an additional fee earner to the team. The successful candidate with have first class academics and will have trained at a top 20 UK or US practice.
