Our client, one of the leading and most established and one of the largest financial services institutions in the GCC. Indeed, its achievements have been recognised globally including by such organisations and publications as Euromoney who described it as the Best Private equity House this year.
The past 10 years has witnessed an expansion in the range of investment activities beyond its original Private Equity focus to encompass a broad spectrum of financial services including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Brokerage and Advisory and Investment Research.
It now is looking for a 3 -8 years qualified corporate lawyer to handle a broad spread of work under the supervision of the General Counsel. Matters you will be involved in will include acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, bond issues as well advising investment banking clients on such issues as IPOs, restructurings. You will also have private equity dealings and be involved in development and management of asset management products and documentation.
You will need to be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and have worked in an investment bank.
