*NEW VACANCY* BANKING/FINANCE x2 CITY - Job Description
Banking and Finance, Solicitor, 1-2 years' experience and 4 years' experience (2 positions)
Our client is looking to recruit two solicitors to join their Banking and Finance department, one with 1-2 years' experience and one with a minimum of 4 years' broad experience. The position involves a wide range of work such as advising on loan agreements, security documentation and legal opinions. It relates to a range of banking and finance transactions including acquisition finance; commercial property finance; project finance/PFI; aviation finance; Islamic finance; and insolvency work. There is also a significant amount of cross border work.
This presents itself as a rare opportunity to join a thriving international Top 40 practice where you will enjoy the merits of high quality work associated with a large firm and a genuine wide ranging (and more interesting) caseload associate with a smaller firm.
