FIRM: This international firm operates a network of offices spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russian and Central Asia. All offices are enjoying an exciting growth phase and in particular the Dubai corporate team are in expansion mode due to their recent successes having been invoved on a number of headline deals.
ROLE: The corporate group of this International firm has enjoyed a steady flow of quality corporate deals, including one of the largest IPOs. The team is well structured and close knit and is headed by a young UK partner. As an experienced Commonwealth lawyer you will be expected to run with various transactions as well as supervising the more junior lawyers in your team.
CANDIDATE: You will be Commonwealth qualified and practising with a top tier firm in the UK, Australia or New Zealand. You will have around 4 - 7 years experience in corporate M & A and have the desire to become a partner.
