1st line support

Legal - 1st line support - 6 month contract - Central London - £18-20 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a 1st line support analyst to join a prestigious law firm in the City.

We are looking for candidate's with at least 12 months experience on a busy helpdesk in a corporate/professional services environment.

•Comfortable in dealing with information technology related issues over the telephone
•Good knowledge of MS Office Office 2003 with emphasis on MS Word and MS PowerPoint
•Some knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP
•MOUS certification would be desirable.
•Knowledge of ITIL would be desirable.
