A well respected law firm is looking for an experienced 2nd line support analyst to provide support to their 600 users.
Based in the city the firm is looking for someone who has worked at 2nd level support within either a law firm or a corporate company and has excellent support skills within a Microsoft environment including Active Directory, Citrix and remote support. You should also be used to providing support to all levels of user. This is a developing service desk, as such there will be an opportunity to provide input to the processes and procedures being implemented.
