Corporate solicitor 2 - 4 years / Oxford / Recognised Team

Our client is one of the leading Law firms in Oxford who also have a London presence. They currently have an exciting vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor to be based from Oxford.

The Corporate group across the Oxford and London comprises of 11 partners, has an excellent reputation and good quality work. The Oxford office has a paticular expertise in the Technology sector.

The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of work, diversity of work and access to clients that is perhaps unavailable at a city practice.

The role will cover a full range of corporate matters including :
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Capital restructuring and re-organisations
- Corporate governance, directors' duties and shareholder relations
- Corporate insolvency and recovery
- cross border transactions
- Joint ventures and Shareholders Agreements
- MBOs and MBIs
- Private equity

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years recent and relevant experience. They are looking for a high caliber individual who is highly motivated and has proven track record of a varied quality caseload, but is looking for greater responsibility and prospects.

You should be hard working, out going and a good team player, with the experience of working in a city or medium/large provincial practice.
