An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Property Lawyer to aid in the property development arena in Abu Dhabi. Our client is seeking a professional who will report to the Division Manager and who will supervise activities performed and monitor the performance of the Associate Advisor. You will also be required to provide legal opinions and advice, interpret and review newly developed regulations and policies within the scope of Property Law, review the preparation of scripts and procedures in property registration issues and prepare necessary reports for the Division Manager amongst other responsibilities.
To qualify for this position, you will have at least 4 - 6 years’ of relevant experience in the field of Property Law with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. You will hold an LLB degree whilst also having and LLM degree will be advantageous. You will preferably have regional experience as well as a global perspective on Property Law and posses excellent implementation skills and analytical thinking. Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
