Top South West firm are looking for an experienced agricultural solicitor to join an expanding team. Applicants will have at least 2 years pqe in commercial property, ideally including a good knowledge of rural properties and property transactions involving; farms and farm buildings, farm business tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies, easements and licenses, taxation (IHT & CGT) relating to farms and farmers, Single Farm Payments/Entitlements
and country matters in general and farms and farming in particular. An enthusiasm for marketing would also be an advantage. Cornwall
