Working on behalf of clients including individuals and farming families, charities, local authorities and public bodies, you will handle a diverse caseload to include:
* Sale and purchase of farms and farmland
* Tenancy issues
* Sale of farmland for non-agricultural use
* Diversification projects
* Renewable energy projects, to include wind farms
* Single payments, environmental stewardship schemes, milk and other quotas
* Mineral leases
* Sporting rights
* Sale, purchase and letting of estate/farm cottages
