AGRICULTURE LAWYER - SOUTH WEST

If you are a qualified solicitor with either experience in agricultural law or a commercial/residential property lawyer who would like to develop a rewarding career in this field then consider this role further. The firm are well-known for their strong and long standing presence in the field of agricultural law and offer a range of legal and business support to their rural clients. You will handle your own caseload of matters to include the sale and acquisition of farms and large estates and dealing with the resulting Single Payment Scheme issues; drafting and advising on Farm Business Tenancies and dealing with Agricultural Holding Act Tenancies; dealing with re-mortgages and public rights of way cases. In addition to managing your own matters, you will also assist a partner with particularly heavy or complex cases. In addition to looking after your clients and managing your files, you will also support the department’s marketing and client care initiatives through networking and seminars.
