Leading global provider of alternative investment products for private and institutional investors seeks a commercial focused paralegal within their Prime Brokerage & Trading team. The successful candidate would provide support in the handling of the documentation policies and procedures required by the department, ISDA Master Agreements, account platforms and other structures with respect to banking documentation. Other responsibilities include general administrative duties such as file management, scanning etc. You would support 3 lawyers and a senior paralegal.
