Leading blue-chip financial services organisation has an opportunity for an HR Analyst to support their Talent and Mobility Manager and Advisor. This is a 9 month FTC initially to cover for maternity leave although may possibly go permanent thereafter. Advanced Excel skills essential as you will be required to manipulate data, produce reports and prepare management information. The role is responsible for data management and system administration using their in-house HRIS (training provided) and the annual Talent review process. You will also be maintaining the global mobility website, publishing the newsletter, supporting the Talent team with analysis of data and project work, updating biographies and cvs on the system ensuring they contain accurate information. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is crucial for this position. Experience within a large corporate, professional environment essential.
