A firm with offices in London and surrounding Surrey are looking for an Assistant Childcare Solicitor with 3-5 yrs PQE to be based within their Kingston upon Thames office. The Children Team is recognised as a national leader in the field of childcare law, specialising predominantly in public law proceedings but also undertaking private children work and adoption proceedings. The team benefits from the support of the wider Family department who are also highly-regarded and now seeking an experienced solicitor to join the expanding team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm for children work and ideally you will be a member of the Children Panel. Candidates must also be able to work independently and contribute to the development of the team. The salary indicated should be seen as a guide and has been set by the agency.
