Solicitor/Senior Associate - Construction - Brisbane

About you:

We are currently looking for a solicitor/senior associate with 3-6 years front end construction experience. Ideally you will have had exposure to major infrastructure projects and have both project finance and PPP experience.

You will have:

· excellent analytical, communication and research skills - to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice
· strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability - you will play a role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with clients
· team focus - to facilitate effective teamwork by developing strong internal relationships
· enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities - participating in industry related programs and developing strategic relationships and networks
· first rate experience of drafting documents (including agreements, contracts, deeds, court documents etc).

The Construction team at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, comprising over 80 lawyers, is one of the largest groups of dedicated construction law specialists in the Asia Pacific region. It provides innovative, commercially focused advice to private and public sector owners, developers, financiers, contractors and consultants on all facets of major BOOT/PFI infrastructure, building (commercial/residential/ industrial), engineering and resources projects.
