Our Investment Funds group focuses on the establishment of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and specialist investment funds throughout the MENA region. The Group is also experienced in advising international and domestic fund sponsors on structuring Shari'ah compliant private investment funds.
We are looking for someone who has an awareness of legal, regulatory, tax and commercial issues. The successful candidate would also be expected to advise on structures, prepare limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandum and fund management agreements. Clients are local and international fund managers and investment banks and include ADIC, UBS, EFG-Hermes, DIC, Evolvence and Eastgate.
