The Clayton Utz Banking and Financial Services department is currently experiencing a unique and exciting area of growth. We have been appointed to all four of the 'Big Bank' panels and we are expanding our resources accordingly. It is truly a great time to be a solicitor in the Clayton Utz Banking & Financial Services team.

Our Debt Finance group are looking for a bright banking and finance Senior Solicitors and/or Senior Associates to join their reputable team, headed by Grant Fuzi (Departmental Managing Partner).

These roles may vary and you will be working closely with several Partners on a range of high-end finance matters. As the Debt Finance group are looking to recruit a number of additional Solicitors to the team, work may include; asset finance, property structured finance transactions, leveraged finance, syndicated finance and project finance. The successful applicant may also work closely with other sections of our major projects team on a diverse range or major infrastructure projects.

The role will require high levels of responsibility and autonomy allowing considerable opportunities for development of leadership skills and future career progression.
