Our client is a top tier U.S law firm with offices in 30 locations worldwide and headquarters in New York. The firm is keen to capitalise on its extensive involvement in major finance transactions in Russia and as a result, it is now keen to hire an additional finance lawyer for its busy Moscow office.
You will have substantial experience in such finance transactions as acquisition finance, pre-export and structured finance and syndicated lending at a leading City or U.S. law firm. Being English or other common law qualified lawyer, you will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience and will already possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, although other candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfil this position will be considered. You will be able to work both independently and with the assistance of a dedicated support team. Russian language skills and previous emerging markets experience is advantageous but not strictly necessary.
