Top 50 City of London private practice seeks banking and finance lawyer on an interim basis for 3-6 months whilst recruiting permanently.
The team is very well-regarded, advising a spectrum of financial institutions from asset houses to banks and energy traders. Much of the work undertaken is cross-jurisdictional in nature.
On account of the wide range of finance work undertaken, the team is looking for a lawyer with a solid grounding in a breadth of work in areas such as private equity, asset or project finance. You must have gained this experience with a similarly high-calibre City private practice.
