National practice seeks intelligent and lateral thinking mid to senior associate level lawyer experienced in advising major banks and other financial institutions on project debt and / or equity funding. Experience acting for corporate borrowers is also desirable but not essential.
Your work will include management buy-outs, takeover financing as well as advising on loan structuring and securities for tax and stamp duty purposes, secured and unsecured transactions.
You will be focused, driven and agile minded. You will have solid academic credentials, at least 3 years banking and finance experience gained either in house or in a quality mid or top tier firm. Candidates with relevant experience from interstate, UK or New Zealand are encourage to apply.
