** BANKING LAWYER - LOANS / LEV FIN ** - Job Description
Job description:
You will work closely with the business from an early stage, assisting in structuring to ensure that the deal is legally and commercially sound. You will work across a broad range of banking products, so must be open minded to this, though the main focus will be on loans. The bank is very innovative and likes its lawyers to gain a broad experience so that people don't feel pigeon-holed, and as such, there will be the opportunity to cover other areas outside of what you already know. The role requires you to be commercially focused and proactive.
Skills:
You must be a banking lawyer from a top law firm. Any in-house secondment experience is highly desirable. A commercial approach is sought as this role involves a close working relationship with the business units
Qualifications / PQE:
The role is of a level which would normally be suitable for individuals with 0 - 3 years post qualified experience, but we will consider candidates from outside of this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies
