An opportunity exists within this leading US practice for a banking/project finance solicitors to join their very active and international team in the City. Experience of acquisition finance and derivatives is highly desirable.Experience with credit derivatives and ISDA documents is desirable (but not essential).
The ideal candidates will have trained and practised at a magic circle or silver circle firm or at a
firm renowned for its high quality banking/project finance work. Full US Rates.
