Banking - Manchester - 2+ years' - Job Description
Continued growth means that we are looking for an additional generalist Banking lawyer to join our top-ranked Manchester team (Legal 500 and Chambers). The role will consist of general corporate banking including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, securitisation, and asset finance. Our client base is wide ranging and includes a mixture of leading clearing and investment banks, borrowers, investors and insurers. Candidates must have a good academic background, a commercial "hands on" approach and excellent client handling skills. The ideal candidate will have gained at least two years' experience of general banking work within a leading City or regional practice.
