Our client is an expanding organisation looking for a Legal Counsel to join their expanding team. The client is looking for lawyers 3-8 years PQE with complex technology & business process outsourcing (BPO) transactional background. The focus of the role is providing legal support for complex outsourcing and technology projects in the region of tens of millions of pounds.

Candidates will need to be able to point to strong experience of drafting, advising and negotiating on a range of client contracts, supplier contracts and intra-group agreements. You will also need to assist on other ad hoc queries of a legal nature, risk management and if required litigation and dispute resolution.

If coming from Private Practice candidates most likely from top 30 law firms and especially from firms who focus on big technology/outsourcing work would be sought. If currently working In-house you need to be doing similar work for significant blue chip corporate.
