A specialist firm in the Personal Injury sector is looking to recruit a Costs Draftsman with a good record of experience in the field to set up and run an in-house costs department in their Manchester office.
The role will involve handling your own caseload and developing a team of costs draftsmen to include training, supervision and reporting to the Partners of the firm. You will predominantly deal with Claimant PI costs matters.
You must have some experience of drafting bills, conducting negotiations, preparing Points of Dispute/Replies and attending some Detailed Assessments.
