Job Purpose:


To support the broadcasting company and Digital Channels Business Affairs teams in providing a comprehensive Legal and Business Affairs service to them


Accountabilities and responsibilities:

Overseeing Administration Process

Working with the Business Affairs team to:-
a) Issue contract numbers and check information is complete for internal sign off.
b) Distribute programme information following internal sign off.
c) Create and maintain all programme files.
d) Issue signature copies of all agreements and ensure prompt return.
e) File and archive complete programme files.
f) Team diary management.
g) Inputting information onto relevant databases
h) Assisting with the administrative aspects of specific projects


As the commercial television environment is rapidly changing a requirement to be flexible is a must. You must be willing to develop existing processes to meet the business needs as they are presented.
