Business Centre Administrator – 12 Month Contract - Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our Business Centre Team. As a Business Centre Administrator with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP on a 1 year contract, you will provide a range of high quality and responsive administrative support for a professional team, ensuring that they have all they need to carry out their tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

This role will work on a shift rotation, working both inside and outside standard hours (9am to 5pm), so you will need the flexibility to work outside of standard working hours as required.

As a Business Centre Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:

* Producing documents, including typing and data entry using a wide range of applications and acting as the first point of contact for printing, photocopying and PDF scanning
* Administering stationery supplies, monitoring printer and photocopier paper and toner and making by-hand deliveries, both internally and externally
* Booking meeting rooms, organising conference calls and providing out of hours administrative support including taxi and courier bookings, flight and hotel bookings, and meals and restaurant bookings
* Answering business centre telephone and email requests in a professional manner and confirming requests where required.

As a Business Centre Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

* Sound keyboard skills and basic software literacy
* A flexible and proactive approach
* A demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
* Confident working fast to meet tight deadlines, and comfortable prioritising and acting on own initiative

Please note that this role is a 12 Month Contract opportunity.
