Business Solicitor - Energy Retail - Job Description
Our client, a leading energy provider, has an opportunity for a Business Solicitor to join its Energy Retail division, reporting to the Legal Director. In this role, the focus will be on providing support to the Legal Director to ensure that the Energy Retail division is provided with legal and commercial solutions in respect of its day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have relevant PQ experience in commercial contracts; experience of delivering consumer, Data Protection, and marketing/advertising legal advice; excellent personal and time management skills; strong inter-personal and communication skills; an all-round understanding of financial, commercial and energy retail techniques and practices; and good negotiating skills.
