Nature of work:
The international securities group at Norton Rose is a dedicated international team of multi-national and multi-lingual lawyers drawing on over 30 years of experience and expertise in international securities, covering:
- Securitisation
- Debt and equity securities
- Derivatives.
Our long-standing experience in capital markets goes back to the early 1960s, when the firm played an important part in the initial development of the Eurobond market. This expertise allows us to stay at the forefront of new developments and techniques, offering our clients the best possible service.
We regularly advise companies and financial institutions on the following:
- Securitisation structures
- Synthetic CDOs and credit arbitrage transactions
- Derivatives and derivative-driven financing
- Debt securities offerings
- EMTN programmes.
The team:
The London based team is growing. We currently have three partners and ten associates and are actively looking to expand these numbers.
PQE Requirement:
- 1-6 years PQE.
