You will report directly into the Head of Capital Markets Legal Risk.
The role will involve advising and liaising closely with the business on its financing business units which are resource finance, structured finance, project finance and principle finance. The majority of the work will involve resource finance in the following areas
• Commodities trading (mainly base metals)
• Wholesale Foreign Exchange
• Corporate Foreign Exchange
• Structured equity desk
• Money markets (interest rates)
You will also work on Master Stock lending agreements, Futures and Options Documentation and Global Master repurchase agreements.
You will need to have extensive knowledge of ISDA documentation and agreements and be able to work autonomously.
The role is made further exciting as the role will constantly evolve as the business evolves.
