Recently the team have closed a stream of equity capital markets deals (IPOs on both the London and New York exchanges) and there are numerous other deals already under way and in the pipeline.
The work will include some debt element (Reg S. 114a the most common) as well as reporting for the firm's European & Asian based / NY listed clients. This is a real opportunity for a number of junior and junior to mid-level US associates, perhaps considering extending their stay in London at the end of a rotation or moving to London for the first time. The existing team structure, as well as the firm's future growth plans for the US practice in London and internationally, will provide a strong business case for expanding partner numbers in years to come. Full US rates and exceptionally generous COLA package.
