The office is very active in corporate, banking and finance, IP and estate work and is currently expanding its capital markets practice. As a result, it is now keen to hire an additional mid-level/senior capital markets lawyer for its busy Moscow office. The firm has a dynamic team and you will be given high levels of responsibility and autonomy as well as real prospect of partnership.
You will be an experienced Russian or UK/US qualified lawyer, specialising in debt or equity securities' offerings as well as securitisation, structured finance and derivatives and ideally will have a working experience in a leading City or US law firm, although all other candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfil this role will be considered.
