About you:

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our dynamic Hospitality (Business Services) team to provide catering services including fine dining, setting up of conference rooms for in-house catering and waiter service to function rooms.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

- strong barista skills
- professional fine dining skills
- wine knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- good organisational
- commonsense and logic.

About the role:

Key responsibilities in this role are as follows:

- providing a high class waiting service for food and beverages (including coffee service) and setting up/clearing, to boardrooms for functions and meetings in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- maintaining the hygiene and stocks of all self-help kitchens and ensuring that they are cleaned on a regular basis
- required to work evening functions
- other tasks as requested by the Catering Manager or Hospitality Supervisor, e.g. preparing/updating spreadsheets for reporting on expenditure, numbers served, stock, wastage, cleaning of coffee machines/fridges
- preparing sandwiches and light meals as directed by the Catering Manager or Hospitality Supervisor.

In this role you will work to ensure all tasks are conducted correctly, efficiently and professionally, providing a complete Business Services service.
