Where the applicant will fit in
The Commercial Litigation department houses 14 partners and 15 associates and covers CDR, employment, construction, and property litigation. Within CDR, 3 partners lead a team of more than 20 lawyers. Partners Gwendoline Davies and Malcolm Simpson are recognised by Chambers as being two of the top four litigation lawyers in Yorkshire and as leading individuals by Legal 500 and Legal expert.
