An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Childcare locum to join a well regarded local authority in the West Midlands area for a minimum period of 3 months with a good opportunity of this being extended past this time.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or legal executive with previous experience in the social care field, child protection and knowledge of childcare law. Duties will include advocacy, conducting legal research, interpretation of legislation and the summary of key points of case law.
The ideal candidate will have public sector experience, but applications will also be considered from those with a Practice background who have public law experience, therefore this could be an excellent opportunity to commence your public sector locum career.
