Civil and Housing Litigation Lawyer.
Local authority seeks a solicitor to undertake a caseload of civil litigation and housing litigation matters. The role is expected to run into 2009.
The successful candidate will handle a varied case load of housing matters including: Injunctions, Advise on the Landlord & Tenant Act, Rent arrears, possessions and ASBO as well as civil matters including rights of way, contract disputes and debt recovery.
