Local authority based in the Southern Home Counties requires a housing litigation solicitor / legal executive on a locum basis until the end of March 2009.
The successful candidate will handle a varied case load of housing matters including:
* Injunctions
* Advice on the Landlord & Tenant Act
* Rent arrears possessions
* ASB
Civil matters including
* rights of way
* contract disputes
* debt recovery
* and some prosecutions
Applicants will be qualified solicitors, barristers or legal executives with housing litigation experience ideally gained within a local authority, ALMO or housing association.
