Civil Litigation Lawyer - Warwickshire - Job Description
A solicitor or legal executive with good previous experience of general civil/commercial litigation experience is required to join the Leamington Spa office of this well-known West Midlands firm.
Candidates will be fully experienced in all aspects of litigation including advising, pre-issue, issuing, pre-judgment, judgment and enforcement, drafting and advocacy, and will have covered a mixture of issues including contract law, tort, trespass, nuisance and landlord and tenant.
You will also be expected to take an active role in developing the client base and caseload, to include generally promoting and marketing Civil/Commercial Litigation to both external clients and other departments within the firm by way of cross selling.
Easily commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Banbury, Redditch, Solihull etc.
