CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE - OXFORD - REWARDING POSITION

Established Clinical law department of a prestigious law firm based in Oxford are looking for a specialist Clinical Negligence solicitor to strengthen this busy practice area. There is a great opportunity here with an existing caseload for the successful person to come on board and really make this role into their own and have a real input into how the department develops.

The team has vast experience in advising and assisting patients and families in coming to terms with the consequences of poor healthcare. They obtain compensation to reflect suffering, reimburse financial losses and help fund much needed treatment, therapies, care and equipment. The team also recognises the concerns that many patients and families have about bringing these claims and that, often, compensation is not the primary aim. The team help in trying to obtain an explanation for what has gone wrong and to bring mistakes to the attention of the people in charge so that, hopefully, other patients will not suffer in the same way.
