Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor looking for a fresh challenge? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
This leading Manchester practice are looking to recruit a PSL to work in their high profile, nationally recognised Clinical Negligence department.
The department consists of specialist medical negligence solicitors and litigation lawyers and nurses covering all aspects of medical negligence on behalf of injured patient, specialising in high-end claims.
You should be an experienced Clinical Negligence claimant solicitor, with at least 4 years casework experience within a franchised firm. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of the law in this area.
You will hold a senior non fee earning position in their new case team, reporting to a partner. Your main responsibilities will be liaising with new clients, assessing and advising on whether new cases should be accepted.
You will also undertake some of the usual PSL duties including keeping the department up to date with case law development and offering training where appropriate.
